After completing a certified yoga course from The Yoga Institute, Mumbai, I started offering yoga classes and personal coaching tailored for individuals and couples to address various health-related concerns. Recognizing the increasing stress in urban life, I expanded my practice by conducting stress-bursters workshops in corporate houses across Mumbai. These workshops quickly gained popularity for their ability to help employees rejuvenate and improve workplace productivity. Through these experiences, I realized the potential of yoga in fostering not just Physical well-being but also Mental Health and Emotional Balance.

Over time, I specialized in Acro yoga, focusing on Couples seeking mutual health to enhance their relationships. Acro yoga fosters trust, communication and harmony, making it an ideal practice for deepening emotional bonds. Witnessing its transformative impact on couples inspired me to deepen my focus in this niche namely Cuddle yoga. At present, I emphasize both Acro yoga and Cuddle yoga for Young Couples an innovative approach designed to nurture Mutual Health and Intimacy. These unique practices provide a space for couples to explore physical and emotional alignment, contributing to healthier, more fulfilling joyful relationships.
