After completing a Certified Advance Yoga course from "The Yoga Institute" Mumbai, I started offering Personal Yoga sessions tailored for Individuals & Couples to address various Health-related concerns.
Recognizing the increasing Stress in urban life, I expanded my practice by conducting Integrated Yoga "Stress-Bursters" workshops in Corporate Houses across Mumbai.
In my Twenty years of experiences, I realized the potential of Yoga in fostering not just Physical well-being but also Mental Health and Emotional Balance.
Over time, I specialized in Acro Yoga (Partner Yoga), focusing on Couples seeking Mutual health to Enhance their Relationships.
Acro Yoga fosters Trust, Communication and Harmonious Pairing , making it an ideal practice for Deepening Emotional Bonds.
Witnessing its transformative impact on Young Couples inspired me to deepen my focus in this niche namely "Cuddle Yoga" for Pairing their Mutual Sweet Spots.
At present, I emphasize both "Cuddle Yoga" and "Acro Yoga" for Young Couples an innovative approach designed to nurture Mutual Health, Fitness and Intimacy in todays fast paced "VUCA" world.
These Unique practices provide a space for Couples to explore Physical and Emotional alignment contributing to more fulfilling Joyful Relationships.
